A woman sitting at a table in a cozy, rustic greenhouse filled with potted plants and sunlight streaming through large windows. She is wearing a pink dress with swirling patterns, has short blonde hair, and a contemplative expression while holding her hair with one hand. There are books and an open notebook on the table in front of her.

About Me

Hi, I’m Caitlin Dee. I’m a clinical hypnotherapist certified with the International Board of Hypnotherapy, certified massage therapist, trauma-trained Yoga and meditation instructor, and author of Meditations for Party Girls.

Early Career

I began teaching Yoga as a volunteer in my early 20s at a government facility housing teenage girls who had been removed from their homes by child services. I barely knew anything about Yoga, but I knew that it had enabled me to keep my panic attacks at bay and I was eager to share these simple tools with a population that was vulnerable and could really benefit from having free, body-based tools to feel better in the face of a harsh reality.

My interest in teaching Yoga to marginalized and at-risk populations persisted throughout my 20s and I worked with the nonprofit organization Y.O.G.A. for Youth, teaching in juvenile detention centers and high schools in underserved communities in Los Angeles for several years.

Healing Arts Practice Evolution

In 2017 I became a certified massage therapist and worked in high-end spas before bringing my own practice to Hyperion Chiropractic in Silver Lake, CA where I specialized in alleviating symptoms of trauma, migraines, and easing depression symtoms with Craniosacral Therapy and advanced soft tissue work.

I moved to Mexico and worked with local healing practitioners to create unique healing experiences for tourists in the Sayulita area while finishing a nonfiction book (published in 2023 and featured in NYLON magazine) called Meditations for Party Girls before training in Hypnotherapy and establishing my own modality integrating bodywork with hypnotherapy in Nashville, TN in 2024.

On a personal level, the tools that I have learned in my research and trainings as well as my clinical experience have brought me to a baseline of restful joy in my day to day life that I never thought would be accessible to me in my darkest hours. I have been in recovery from trauma and addiction for several years and will have three years sober in the summer of 2026. I still have hard days—and I’m grateful for the tools that help me find my way back.

It's a genuine pleasure to share this work with women who are ready to find their own way back too.

My Favorite Things

I enjoy reading, sunshine on my face, swimming in bodies of water, epic naps, writing, and spending quality time with my cat Prince Charming.

The Sessions

A black and gold ancient Greek-style ceramic scene depicting several figures in traditional garments, including a seated woman with a staff, a standing woman with a mirror, and a winged figure holding a rattle, all standing on columns.

Reverie sessions are built from carefully developed hypnosis flows, held within a framework that comes from a massage therapist's mindset — which means your physical ease and comfort matter as much as what's happening in your mind.

As a practitioner I prioritize safety, total presence, and your inherent capacity for wellbeing. My goal is for each session to offer a profound reset — like sending your whole body-mind system on a week's vacation with no phone.

From there, clients leave with repeatable tools to find their way back to that state whenever they need it.
