The Sanctuary:

Six Weeks of Hypnotherapy, Nervous System Education, and Somatic Skillbuilding for Sensitive Women

You understand your triggers—now learn what to do when they come up

This program provides a three-tiered approach to empowering women to work with their sensitivity, rather than being ruled by it:

  • awareness

  • action (practice/experience)

  • subconscious integration

With this approach, clients can finish the program not only understanding how to move through triggered responses in less time, but how to learn from the wisdom of their nervous system responses for personal growth.

Nervous system regulation tools are transformational life skills

Who this is for

Maybe you’ve spent hours in therapy, Yoga classes, or reading self-help books and still find yourself unable to stop yourself from spiraling out when you get triggered by the same old wounds.

Maybe you haven’t done any therapy or wellness work in the past but want to learn practical tools to manage your nervous system’s way of responding to your emotions.

If you are experiencing episodes where you feel like you are not in control of your emotions, and you are responding in ways that are harmful to your relationships and wellbeing, you need a system to regulate your nervous system.

This program is for any woman who wants a clear, grounded, guided system for navigating her unique nervous system when she’s spiraling.

Understanding why we are being triggered is only part of functioning beyond our trauma—we must also learn what to do in the moments that we start to feel the wave coming over us.

If you are looking for a space to process your trauma, this is not the program for you! If you are looking for a practical toolkit to put into action when you are triggered by your trauma, this is for you.

Our Toolkit:

Each modality is intentionally layered in the six weeks, alternating between guided/experiential and self-practice so that by the end of six weeks, you no longer need guidance to work with your set of tools.

About Me

I am a certified clinical hypnotherapist (CCHt), RYT 500, and somatic practitioner with 15+ years as a wellness professional. I work with women who are ready to move from insight to embodied change.

Everything I teach is something that I have researched and practiced for my own path. I love to share what I have found useful in the process of bringing my own baseline from one of chronic anxiety and depression to one of joy and hope.

I still have bad days, and I still get triggered—but instead of thinking that I am broken, now I know that my challenging moments only give me more opportunities to build trust in myself.

Learning how to navigate from a state of major emotional upheaval back into a place of safety is a remarkable life skill that has changed my life. I am not special for learning how to use these tools—and once you learn them, you can pass them along, too. This is how the world changes, one individual at a time.

You don’t have to be less sensitive to feel better. With the right tools, your nervous system can go from being a liability to being a superpower.
