Offerings
Reverie experiences are carefully curated and crafted from trauma-informed, and clinically certified protocols. Safety and presence are the foundations of every session.
Rest
A 90-minute immersive session designed to help women unwind deeply, experience a profound state of relaxation, and learn how to achieve this state on their own.
Rest is for the women who can't remember the last time they felt truly rested. If you find that you have difficulty turning ‘off’ or feel disconnected from your body, you likely need a deeper rest than a traditional night of sleep can give you at this point.
This session gives your nervous system full permission to down-regulate in a safe and held environment.
Through guided breath and imagery, you'll be led into a deep hypnotic state where the body can finally do what it knows how to do but has been fighting against — release, soften, and restore. You'll learn to recognize what real rest feels like in your body, and how to find your way back to it on your own without compromising your alertness and daily structure. In fact, you will likely find yourself more clear-headed, focused, and energized after a deep Rest.
Ideal for: burnout, nervous system fatigue, chronic tension, difficulty sleeping, or simply the feeling that you've been running on empty for too long.
Refresh
A structured one‑hour session designed to refresh returning clients’ felt sense of relaxation between Rest sessions.
Think of it as a reset button whenever you only have an hour to spare for self-nourishment.
This offer is only recommended for clients who have already had at least one Reverie Rest session.
Ideal for: high-output weeks, pre or post travel, creative blocks, midday recalibration, or any time you need to return to yourself quickly.
Ritual
Immersive Journey for Transformation
An unhurried, extended session (2+ hours) offering a full nervous system journey — a gateway to flow, clarity, and grounding.
Ritual allows time and space to slow down and settle deeply into experience. With a longer intake and journey, this immersive experience utilizes the gently altered state of hypnosis and deep relaxation to help you access subtle and profound shifts in awareness — without substances.
This is an intentional alternative to ceremonies that utilize mind-altering substances (plant medicines, ketamine, etc) for people who want a major shift in perspective and heightened connection between their mind, body, spirit system and the world that they inhabit.
You may leave feeling:
Fully present and grounded in your body
Lightened from habitual tension
Heightened perception—the world is more colorful and more detailed due to more presence
More coherent, clear, and energized
Connected to a sense of flow and internal ease
Ideal For:
Women seeking a singular transformational experience, a deep internal reset, or a guided journey toward embodied clarity and integration.

If you're new to hypnotherapy and not sure if it’s right for you, this is where you begin.
We'll spend the first 15 minutes in conversation — what brought you here, what you're carrying, what you're hoping to feel. Then you’ll be guided for 30 minutes to give you a real experience of the hypnotic state and what it can do for your body before you commit to deeper work.
You'll leave knowing exactly what Reverie is — and whether it's right for you.
This offer is for first-time clients only, and not mandatory for new clients.

Frequently Asked Questions
What actually happens during a session? Think of it as a massage for your mind. You'll be fully clothed in a comfortable reclined position and guided through breathwork and imagery that brings your body into a state of deep, conscious relaxation — similar to that heavy, floaty feeling right before you fall asleep. From there, Caitlin works with your nervous system to release held tension and introduce new patterns of ease. You remain aware and in control the entire time. Most clients leave feeling the way you'd hope to feel after a great massage or facial — except the results go deeper and tend to last longer.
Is hypnotherapy actually effective, or is this pseudoscience? Hypnotherapy has been studied for decades and is recognized by the American Medical Association as a valid clinical tool. The hypnotic state is a real, measurable neurological phenomenon — your brain literally functions differently during it, in ways that make it more receptive to change and more capable of deep rest. Reverie sessions use protocols from the International Board of Hypnotherapy, the same clinical framework used in medical and therapeutic settings worldwide.
Will I lose control or be made to do something I don't want to do? No — and this is the biggest misconception about hypnosis, thanks to stage shows and movies. You cannot be hypnotized against your will, made to reveal information you want to keep private, or guided anywhere you don't want to go. You are conscious, aware, and can stop the session at any point. Most clients describe feeling more like themselves — clearer, calmer, more grounded — not less.
What if I can't be hypnotized? The hypnotic state isn't a special talent — it's a natural brain state you've already experienced. Ever been so absorbed in a book or a drive that you lost track of time? That's it. Caitlin's role is simply to guide you there intentionally. Most people find it easier than they expected.
How is this different from meditation? Meditation asks you to direct your own mind — which can feel frustrating or impossible when your nervous system is already overwhelmed. Restorative hypnotherapy is guided and receptive. You don't have to do anything except follow Caitlin's voice. It also works at a subconscious level that meditation doesn't typically access, which is why clients often notice shifts — in sleep, mood, and stress response — that feel almost effortless.
What will I actually walk away with? Two things: a profound experience of rest that your body will remember, and practical tools to recreate that state on your own. Think of it as both a reset and an education. Your nervous system learns what deep ease actually feels like — and that becomes a reference point it can return to.
How many sessions do I need? A single session can produce noticeable results, which is why Reverie offers standalone bookings. That said, like any wellness practice, the benefits compound over time. The 3-session series options exist for clients who want lasting nervous system change rather than a one-time reset — similar to the difference between one great massage and a consistent bodywork practice.
Is this therapy? Reverie sessions are not psychotherapy and do not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. This is wellness work — focused on rest, regulation, and nervous system education. If you're currently working with a therapist or psychiatrist, this work is designed to complement, not replace, that care.
